Cancellation & Returns Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order directly from your account on the Tops Website “tops.in”. In such a case Tops will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases.
You can cancel order by visiting your orders section.

A. To cancel items that aren't dispatched yet

1. Go to “Orders”
2. Select the order you want to cancel and click Cancel
Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed within 72 hours to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.

B. If your order has already been dispatched:
Such Orders cannot be cancelled

C. If tops suspect any fraudulent transactions:
If tops suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Website, tops at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. Tops will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

D. If your order is already delivered:
You may consider returning it. Tops will be happy to take back the returns only in following circumstances:
i. If the package received in damaged condition.
ii. If the product received is not as per the order.
iii. If the package / product is found to be in defective condition.
iv. If the product received is already expired or has, less than 6 months from the date of expiry.
If you report an issue with the product received by you within 48 hours from delivery, tops may schedule a visit of the Company Employee to your location. Our team will request for certain proofs of damages, wrong item delivered. Or defective condition of package / product. A resolution will be provided based on the evaluation report.

Note:
1. Customer Returns will be accepted only if a Concern is raised by the Customer within 48 hours from delivery date.
2. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
